Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

 

  • All orders are custom-made and require a processing time of 3–7 business days before shipment.
  • Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or special events such as Dream Cruise.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

 

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days after processing.
  • These are estimated timeframes provided by carriers. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

 

3. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
  • Once your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after this point.

 

4. Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
  • Refunds will not be issued for late deliveries.

 

 

 

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require the customer to pay for reshipping.

 

 

 

 

6. Damaged Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the damage.
  • All damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
